Return Policy

We want you to love your item. We accept returns postmarked within 7 days and exchanges postmarked within 14 days.

All items must include original tags and be in same condition as purchased. Please note that Sasquatch does not pay for shipping of returns unless based on defective merchandise.

If an item is not functional, we will pay return shipping (please email us for a pre-paid shipping label, or to work out reimbursement of any shipping fees).

Clearance/Sale items are final.

Please email us within 7 days of receipt of item for returns and 14 days of receipt of items to request exchanges

Handing and Restocking Charges

We typically do not charge handling or restocking fees, unless noted in the item description. Custom orders can not be returned unless agreed upon prior to order.

Warranty

Unless noted in the item description, our products do not have warranties. Sasquatch Studios not dot issue warranties beyond the exchange policy.

Some items come with warranty from the manufacturer (they are not processed through Sasquatch Studios).

Taxes

We are located in Seattle and our tax rate is 9.5%. This is the default rate that we charge.

Pre-Ordering - Out of Stock or Custom Items

When you order something that is not in stock, we will email you within a couple of days to give you a more accurate estimate of delivery time.

You may email us through our contact page to pre-order items in your size, color etc.

Occasionally we run out of an item before the web site can be updated. When that happens, you will be notified by either email. You will be able to substitute a product, pre-order, or wait until the item becomes available.

Shipping

Our customers receive free shipping when they spend $150 or more. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 business days. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. You also have the option to ship 3-day, 2-day or overnight for an additional charge calculated during checkout. Please contact us for information on shipping to other countries.
